Having problems with your PC or Laptop?
Our technical staff is equipped to deal with
almost any problems you may be having with your computer. We
will give you a quick diagnosis and an honest opinion as to what
your repair options are.
The diagnosis fee varies between £20 to £45
depending on the time it took one of our engineer's to identify
the problem. After the diagnosis an engineer will consult
you before carrying on with the repair work. The diagnosis
fee is refunded if you choose to carry on with the repair.
We charge more for the repair of laptops.
Upgrading:
We will upgrade any computer; PC or MAC, so that your computer will stay up to date
and run due to your needs.
For Windows Operating System installations or
upgrades the fee is £45, however, you have to provide us with a
license key. This means either you have to buy a legal copy of
the OS from an authorised OS seller or have to bring us your
existing license key. We cannot supply you with one. We
will also require the drivers for your hardware - no drivers and
the installation fee will increase since we may have to search
for the drivers on the internet.
Data Backup:
The standard data backup fee is £45, however,
this price does not include the CDs or DVDs to backup the data
on. We will charge £5 per CD and £10 per DVD to
backup your data.
Call Outs:
The standard call out charge is £45, this fee
includes the first half an hour of the labour cost which is at
£30 an hour. We cannot guarantee that the repair will be
complete on-site, we may have to bring your computer back to our
repair shop.
