Please complete the following at least two days before the test :
- Read the Candidate Guide. Watch this preparation video for more insights.
- Install the latest version of Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. It is important to open this in Incognito (Chrome) or InPrivate (Edge) during the test.
- Please ensure that all AI applications running in the background are disabled by following the instructions provided in the AI Assistance Removal Guide.
- Run a navigation test to familiarise yourself with the exam interface. This will let you practice verifying your ID, your 360° room scan, and practice using the exam’s interface and tools. If you encounter issues, raise a support ticket.
- Ensure a stable network connection with at least 5 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload speed. Check My Network
- Prepare for possible network issues during the test by watching this troubleshooting video.

Remember: Mac OS, Chrome OS, and iOS devices are not supported. We also do not recommend using company-provided PCs or laptops or using a corporate network as this can cause technical issues. Use a Windows PC with the latest Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge for the test.
Important Instructions:
- Ensure your ID is clearly visible when uploaded. Tip: Moving your ID slightly away from the webcam can improve focus.
- Thoroughly record a 360° view of your room. Take your time.
- Do not refresh or close the page during ID and 360° video verification. It may take more than 10 minutes.
- Communicate with the invigilator via the chat box only. Use the ‘Make Audio Call’ button if needed.
- Wait for instructions and the test keycode from the invigilator before clicking ‘Start Session’.
- Join 30 minutes before your test time to complete all checks.
